What we collect

When you order online we collect your name, mobile number, email (optional), and your order details. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To prepare your order and have it ready at your pickup time.
To send transactional order texts (confirmation and ready-for-pickup) if you consented at checkout. See our SMS Terms.
To email your receipt when you provide an email address.

Text messaging & your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you requested (e.g., our messaging platform).

Message frequency: approximately 2 messages per order (an order confirmation and a ready-for-pickup alert). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that run our ordering, payment, and messaging systems, and only so they can provide those services to you. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. To ask about or delete your information, email hello@thepastrypalettes.com or ask at the café counter.
