Pastry Palette ("we") sends transactional text messages about your order — an order confirmation and a "your order is ready for pickup" alert — to customers who provide their mobile number and consent when placing an online order at thepastrypalettes.com.
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our online order checkout ("Text me order updates"). Consent to receive order texts is not a condition of purchase — you may uncheck the box and still order (you just won't receive the ready-for-pickup text).
Message frequency varies with your orders — typically about 2 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You'll receive a single confirmation of your opt-out. To rejoin, reply START.
